Shipping Policy
We use FEDEX to ship your prints. We use high quality packaging, that is ecofriendly whenever possible.
Our shipping fee is $12 per package.
Our processing time is approximately 2 weeks. Which means, with shipping, your print will be in your hands approximately 3 weeks after we receive your order. The high volume of products being shipped the last few years has affected delivery times, so please keep this in mind while waiting for your order.
Your prints will be shipped flat or rolled, depending on the size. The method will be indicated on the products description. If more than one print is ordered they will all be shipped in one package. If one print needs to be rolled, all prints in the order will be rolled. If you prefer your other prints to not be rolled, you will need to place two separate orders to separate the rolled vs flat prints and incur the fees for multiple packages.

Return & Exchange Policy
I want this to be a pleasant experience! Once you have received your print, you have 7 days to live with it. If at any time during those 7 days, you've decided it's not for you, you may return the piece for a refund or exchange. If your print has arrived damaged, we will replace your print at no fee to you. Please read the full return and exchange instructions and policies below.
UNDAMANGED RETURN
You have 7 days after delivery to contact us about your return. Send us an email with the order number, your contact info and the reason for your return. You are responsible for returning the print, in the original packaging, undamaged, within 2 days of contacting us. You are responsible for the shipping fee back to us. We will contact you with more information, after we receive your email.
UNDAMAGED EXCHANGE
You have 7 days after delivery to contact us about your exchange. Send us an email with the order number, your contact info and the reason for your exchange. We will then discuss possible replacements. Only prints of equal value may be exchanged. You are responsible for returning the print, in the original packaging, undamaged, within 2 days of contacting us. You are responsible for the shipping fee back to us. We will pay for shipping on your new item back to you. We allow one exchange. We will contact you with more information, after we receive your email.
DAMAGED PRINT
You have 7 days after delivery to contact us about your damaged print. Send us an email with the order number, your contact info, an explanation of the damage and a photo. All of these fields are necessary for us to complete a replacement. We will discuss further action after we have heard from you.
